DATED : 2nd DECEMBER 2021 P.C:- Petitioner is aggrieved by an order passed below Exhibit-19 by the District Judge, Kalyan on 22nd February 2021. On perusal of the said order, I see no reason to interfere in the same and under the said order, the learned Judge has recorded that the respondent did not bring the minor child before the Court and it was on the pretext that some assessment of the child was scheduled and in order to avoid any obstruction in his studies, the application was allowed with a condition that on the next date, the respondent herself along with the minor child shall remain present in the Court.
