The learned counsel appearing for the Applicant on instructions states that during the pendency of this Application, the Applicant is meeting the minor child twice a month and the said arrangement is being successfully worked out. He states that at present, the Applicant has no grievance regarding the access.

He, therefore, seeks permission to withdraw this Application.
