The Advocate for the Applicant has filed this Civil Application for Publication Notice to Respondent Nos.1 and 2 to serve copy of Restoration Application.

The addresses mentioned in this Civil Application are same addresses mentioned in Appeal Memo and in Judgment of the Court of M.A.C.T. Mumbai.

This is sufficient to allow the application regarding substitute service of Respondent Nos.1 and 2 by way of Publication in daily Newspapers "Gujarat Samachar" and "Times of India".

In view of this, Civil Application for Publication is allowed in terms of prayer clause (a), returnable by 6 weeks.
