DATE : 03 APRIL 2024 P.C. :- The Petitioner has challenged the communication issued to the Respondent Nos. 8 and 9 - the Management by the Education Officer (Secondary), Zilla Parishad, Pune on 29 March 2024. We have perused the communication. By this communication, the Respondent - Management has been put to notice certain objections as regard their proposal seeking approval to the Petitioner's appointment. At this stage therefore we are not inclined

35. WP 8246.23.doc to interfere. It is open to the Respondent - Management and the Petitioner to submit their response. If the Respondents relies on any decision of this Court, then the Education Officer before passing the final order will deal with the judgments of this Court and if it is found that the Education Officer has avoided to deal with the decisions, then serious view would be taken.

It is open to the Respondent - Management to point out to the Education Officer as to whether the Education Officer would have jurisdiction or power to issue such notices in respect of inclusion of the Petitioner's name in the Shalarth ID Portal and if such objection is raised, the same shall be dealt with by the Education Officer.
