Learned counsel for the Applicant draws the attention of this court to paragraph No.6 of the application which refers to the legal heirs to be brought on record. There is a delay of 1 year and 41 days in taking out this application.

Let copy of the amended appeal be served on the other side within a period of two weeks thereafter.
