In Writ Petition (St) No.13699 of 2013 registration came to be refused by the Registrar (Judicial-1) by order dated September 22, 2015 as the petitioner had failed to remove office objections within the stipulated period.

The learned counsel for the applicant-petitioner, upon

In the wake of the submission made and in the interest of justice, the applicant-petitioner is permitted to remove objections within a period of six weeks from today. 5.
If the objections are removed within the stipulated period, the order passed by the Registrar (Judicial-1) on September 22, 2015 refusing registration of the writ petition will be deemed to have been set aside and the writ petition be registered and listed for admission thereafter. 6.
If the objections are not removed within a period of six weeks from today as undertaken, the order of the Registrar (Judicial-1) dated September 22, 2015 shall govern the proceedings.

With the above observations, the civil application stands disposed of.
