It is not disputed that although the Petition was served, notice was not given to the Review Petitioner (original Respondent No. 5 to the Writ Petition) of the circulated date of listing. We have seen the impugned order of 7th April 2022. It relates to the RTI query as it originally stood. While we do not see any reason to interfere with that order. It is sufficient to clarify that Respondent No. 5 to the Writ Petition is at liberty to file a fresh RTI application or query 11th April 2023

1-IAWP-3134-2022-IN-WP-3787-2022.DOC including the material sought in the subsequent correspondence referred to in paragraphs 6 and 9 of the impugned order. We also note the opposition of the Review Petitioner to the statement made before us that the information originally demanded has been supplied. The Review Petitioner is at liberty to seek this application before the authorities. The RTI authorities will consider any fresh RTI application made before them on its merits uninfluenced by the 7th April 2022 order and in accordance with law. 2.

The Review Petitioner states that he will file the application within two weeks from today. The necessary order is to be passed with no later than by three weeks thereafter. 3.

Ms Naikare states that a copy of the Affidavit of Service of the Review Petition will be furnished to the Review Petitioner. 4.

The Review Petition is disposed of in these terms. There will be no order as to costs.
