As a remedy under the Maharashtra Land Revenue Code, 1966 is available, learned counsel appearing for the Petitioners seeks permission to withdraw the Petitions with liberty to adopt the said remedy. He further seeks limited protection to enable the Petitioners to file appropriate proceedings and seeks appropriate relief therein. 3.
Writ Petitions are disposed of as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for. For a period of three weeks from today, no steps shall be taken on the basis of the impugned notices to enable the Petitioner to move the appropriate authority. All contentions on merits are kept open.
