Mr. S.A. Malkani undertakes to file Vakalatnama by 29.07.2017. The undertaking is accepted. By consent of the parties, following order is passed :- (i) Matrimonial Petition No.460 of 2010 filed before the Court of Civil Judge Senior Division, Kalyan by the Respondent is transferred to the Family Court at Bandra, Mumbai.

(ii) The parties and/or their Advocates shall appear before the Principal Judge, Family Court at Bandra, Mumbai on 10.08.2017 at 11.00 a.m. and seek appropriate directions/orders.

(iii) The Learned Judge hearing the Matrimonial Petition No.460 of 2010 shall not grant adjournment to the parties unless absolutely necessary and shall

The above Miscellaneous Civil Application No.207 of 2017 is accordingly disposed off.
