The learned Advocate for the Applicant states that despite reminders, the Applicant is not coming forward to give any instructions in the matter. A copy of the letter forwarded to the Applicant dated 18 th September, 2017 seeking instructions and informing her that if she fails to give instructions prior to the date of hearing on th September, 2017 i.e. today, the Advocate for the Applicant shall withdraw her appearance, is taken on record. The Applicant has till date not given any instructions to her Advocate. In view thereof, the above Misc. Civil Application is dismissed for want of prosecution.
