This Civil Application is for setting aside the conditional order dated 21 October 2015 passed by the Registrar (Judicial-II) for non-removal of office objections and for condonation of delay. Learned Counsel for the Applicant submits that the only objection was as regards the non-submission of the certified copy of the impugned order and the Appeal from Order (Stamp) No.12023 of 2015 is dismissed on that count. Learned Counsel assures that since he now has the certified copy of the impugned order, the objection shall be removed within a period of two weeks from today. Accepting the assurance of the learned Counsel, the Civil Application is allowed in terms of prayer clauses (a) and (b).
