The learned counsel for the Petitioner has submitted that at this stage, Petitioner is not challenging the impugned order dated 13.01.2017 and that he is pressing only for prayer clause (b) wherein the Petitioner has sought a prayer to direct the trial Court to decide the Marriage Petition expeditiously.

In the light of the said statement made by the learned counsel for the Petitioner, the Petition is dismissed with liberty to the Petitioner to file an application to the learned Civil Judge, Senior Division, Kalyan, with a prayer to decide the application expeditiously. If such an application is filed by the Petitioner, the Learned Judge shall consider the same on its own merits. The petition stands disposed of.
