The learned Counsel for the parties agree that the parties have amicably settled their matrimonial dispute. The order dated 18th February, 2015 passed by this Court (Coram : G. S. Patel, J.) in a Parsi Matrimonial Suit No. 8 of 2013 is placed on record. In view of the fact, that the parties have amicably settled the matter, learned Counsel for the applicants seeks leave to withdraw this application with liberty to file an application for quashing of the proceedings in terms of the consent order dated 18th February, 2015. in particular, clause 2(d).

In view of the order dated 18th February, 2015, the application does not survive and is allowed to be withdrawn. 3.

The application is accordingly disposed of as infructuous with liberty to the parties to take appropriate steps for quashing of the proceedings in terms of the para 2(d) of the order dated 18th February, 2015. The copy of the order passed in Parsi Matrimonial matter will be returned back to Ms. Taubon Irani, after this order is signed and uploaded. 4.

The application is accordingly disposed of.
