Heard learned Counsel for the parties.
By this petition under Article 227 of the Constitution of India the Petitioner challenges the order dated 29.02.2016 and the decision dated 08.04.2016. The grievance of the petitioner was that the election of the Respondent No.2/Cooperative society was not conducted for last more than one year.

In view of the statement made by the learned Senior Counsel appearing on behalf of Authorised Officer, nothing survives in the present Writ Petition. Hence, Writ Petition stands disposed of in view of statement of learned Senior Counsel for Respondent No.1.
