1] Prima facie the reliefs applied for in this civil application have been rendered infructuous. Accordingly, there is no necessity to continue with this civil application.
2] Learned counsel for the applicant however seeks some time to obtain instructions.
3] Considering the nature of reliefs, it is not necessary to grant any time at this stage. However, if the grievance of the applicants survives, the applicants can always be given liberty to revive the civil application or to revive the reliefs applied for in this civil application by taking out a fresh application. 4] With liberty as aforesaid, this civil application is disposed of as infructuous.
