Pawan attached to CBD Belapur Police Station, Navi Mumbai, submitted that, after completion of investigation of CR No. 0163 of 2022, dated 5th October 2022 registered with CBD Belapur Police Station, Navi Mumbai, the Investigating Agency has filed 'C-Summary Report' in the Court of Judicial Magistrate First Class at Belapur, Navi Mumbai. 2) In view thereof, present Petition for quashing of the present crime does not survive and is accordingly disposed off. 3) Respondent No.2 is at liberty to contest the said Summary Report, as may be permissible under the provisions of law.
