The learned counsel for the Applicant states that the costs as directed by order dated 13 August 2015 have been paid but there was some delay in paying the costs. Considering the cause made out the Civil Application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (a). Civil Revision Application stands restored to file to be placed on board as per its C.M.I.S date.
