1. Civil application is taken out by the petitioner seeking clarification that the ad-interim relief granted on 27th September, 2017 continues till the next date of effective hearing. The order dated 27th September, 2017 is clear. In my view it requires no clarification.

2. Learned counsel for respondent nos.3 and 4 states that respondent nos.3 and 4 were not heard when the order dated 27th September, 2017 was passed. In the circumstances, list the petition for admission on 25th June, 2018. Interim relief to continue till the next date i.e. 25th June, 2018. Civil application is disposed of.

3. Reply, if any, to be filed within five weeks from today. Stand over to 25th June, 2018.
