By order dated 28.2.2022, the Applicant was ordered to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond in the sum of Rs.50,000/- with one or two solvent sureties in the like amount. 2.

Learned Counsel for the Applicant states that the Applicant continues to languish in jail since he has not been able to arrange solvent surety. He therefore seeks modification of clause (i) of para 6 of the order dated 28.02.2022.

Having considered the reasons stated in the application, and in the interest of justice, clause (i) of para 6 is modified to the extent that instead of two solvent sureties, the Applicant is ordered to be released on bail on furnish bail bond in the sum of Rs.50,000/- with one or two sureties in the like amount , out of which one should be a local surety. 4.
