FINAL ORDER :

We are informed by the learned counsel for the Petitioner that in Writ Petition No. 5049 of 2014 filed by the Petitioner before the Aurangabad Bench of this Court, the Caste Scrutiny Committee has been directed to decide the caste claim of the Petitioner within one year from the date of the order i.e. 30th June, 2014. The claim is still not decided.

The Petitioner points out his appointment order dated 4th November, 2016. Considering the contents of clause (3) and

(4) of the said appointment order, we do not find that any orders are required to be passed by this Court in this Petition.
