Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner on Civil Application No.748 of 2016 seeking restoration of Writ Petition No.9790 of 2010 which is dismissed for non-prosecution. For the reasons stated in the application, we are satisfied that sufficient cause is made out for the non-appearance of the counsel when the case was called. In the circumstances, we allow the Civil Application. As consequence Writ Petition is ordered to be restored to its original number.
