Heard the learned counsel for the parties.

The learned counsel for the Respondent undertakes to file her Vakalatnama on behalf of the Respondent on or before 21st April, 2018. The Appellant and the Respondent have arrived at a compromise in the Appeal and have accordingly filed consent terms dated 12th April, 2018. The same is taken on record and marked 'X' for identification. Both the learned counsel submit that the Appellant and Respondents are present in court. They have entered into witness box Mohite 1/2

fca73-16.doc and admitted the execution of the consent terms as well as the contents thereof. The same is accepted.

Family Court Appeal No.73 of 2016 stands disposed off in terms of the consent terms.

It is directed that the concerned authority of S.R.A. Mumbai shall act as per clause (d) of the consent terms on payment of usual charges, if any, within the time stipulated in the consent terms. Consent Terms to be treated as part and parcel of the decree. No order as to costs.
