Date : 29 March 2017 P.C. :- On 26 August 2015 notice was issued to the Respondent and liberty was granted to the Applicant to seek ad-interim order after service of the notice. None appears for the Applicant. On the last occasion also none appeared. No attempt is made to pray for any ad-interim order. The proceedings before the Court of Civil Judge S.D. Panvel was initiated in the year 2014 and for absence of any stay, the learned Judge must have proceeded with the matter. It appears that the Applicant has lost interest in prosecuting the application. Miscellaneous application is dismissed for non prosecution.
