The above Civil Application has been filed seeking interim stay of the Award passed by the Reference Court. The above Civil Application was listed before the learned Registrar (Judicial) of this Court on 30/09/2003. In terms of the order passed on the said day, the learned Government Pleader has filed a letter stating therein that Appellant i.e. the State has deposited the decretal amount in the Trial Court on 29/05/2003. None appears for the Respondent who is the heir of the original claimant though served.

In view of the compliance of the order dated 30/09/2003 in the matter of making deposit of the decretal amount in the Trial Court, the above lgc
