Ms. Priyanka Chavan, learned Counsel appearing for the Applicant informs the Court that the trial has concluded and the Applicant has already been acquitted by the judgment and order dated 10th January 2023 passed in Special Case No. 470 of 2019 by the Special Judge, under the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act, 2012, Borivali Division, Dindoshi, Mumbai. In view of the same, the application does not survive. 2.
