The Petition is filed for seeking temporary bail for the period of four weeks on the ground that the Applicant is suffering from kidney stone. The learned APP on instructions makes a statement that the Applicant is treated in a Government Medical Civil Hospital, Nagpur and he is being given follow-up treatment. In support of her submission she placed on record the report dated 2.5.2017 of Chief Medical Officer, Nagpur Central Prison alongwith the medical papers of Megha 1/2

In the light of above, Mr. Gawankar, the learned counsel for the Applicant states that he is not pressing the application. The Application is accordingly disposed of.
