Heard learned Counsel for applicant-Insurance Company. 2.

This Court under Order dated 20.06.2018 granted stay to the impugned Judgment and Award up-till 16.08.2018. The learned counsel submits that the entire decretal amount has already been deposited before the learned Trial Court. He requested to continue the stay granted by this Court till decision of appeal on merits.

In view of submission, there is no impediment to grant stay to the impugned Judgment and Award. Accordingly, there shall be stay to the operation and execution of the impugned Judgment and Award passed by the learned Commissioner for Employees Compensation in Application (WCA) No. WC/NF/No. 22 of 2011.
