Heard learned counsel for the parties.

By this Application, the Applicant seeks permission to travel abroad i. e. Cyprus between the period May to August, 2017 and Sydney between the period October to December, 2017. Learned counsel for the Applicant states that earlier the Applicant was permitted to travel abroad and that he has complied with the conditions, imposed on him, vide the said Orders passed by this Court.

Learned APP does not dispute the fact, that earlier

permissions were granted and that the Applicant has complied with the conditions, imposed on him.

Perused the papers. The Applicant intends to travel abroad i. e. to Cyprus between the period June to August, 2017 and to Sydney between the period October to December, 2017. It appears that earlier the Applicant had preferred similar Applications and the said Applications were allowed by this Court.

Accordingly, the Application is allowed and the Applicant is permitted to travel abroad i. e. to Cyprus between the period June to August, 2017 and Sydney between the period October to December, 2017 on the following conditions:- (i) He shall make arrangement for conducting the present appeal through a duly instructed Advocate; (ii) He shall keep the title documents, i.e., share certificate and registered conveyance of his Flat No.C1, Highway, Co-operative Housing Society Ltd., Shiv Shrushti, Kurla(East), Mumbai - 400 024 deposited with the Registry till the time he returns from the journey abroad;

(iii) He shall inform the ACB, Mumbai, well before

undertaking his travel, all details of his travel programme, i. e. , flights which he proposes to take, places where he proposes to stay and means of communication with him like e-mail, mobile numbers, etc..

Accordingly, the Application stands disposed of. Parties to act on the authenticated copy of this order. (REVATI MOHITE DERE, J.)
