By this petition, the petitioner seeks quashing of the FIR registered vide MECR No. 5 of 2012, with the Borivali Police Station, Mumbai, for the alleged offences punishable under Sections 420, 406 r/w 34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 13 of the Maharashtra Ownership of Flats Act.

Learned APP has tendered a report of PI Darade attached to Borivali Police Station, Mumbai dated 3rd March, 2023. The said report is taken on record. In the said report, it is stated that since no evidence is found against the petitioner - Meena Jairam, they would not be filing chargesheet against her.

In view of the said report, tendered by the learned APP, nothing survives for further consideration in the aforesaid petition. 4.

The petition is accordingly disposed of.
