1] This is an application for modification of Order dated 15th December 2016 passed by this Court, thereby directing the applicant to attend the concerned Police Station on stipulated dates. 2] It is contended that, after completion of investigation, the police have submitted chargesheet and the applicant is attending the Trial Court regularly.
