Heard learned counsel for the petitioners, learned APP for the State and the learned counsel for the intervenor. The petition is filed seeking direction against the respondent to take cognizance and register offence on the basis of complaint lodged vide letter dated 15th April, 2015.

Learned APP on instructions states that pursuant to complaint dated 15th April, 2015, a preliminary inquiry was made and it was found that the same does not disclose commission of cognizable offence. The decision was accordingly taken and the same was communicated to the petitioners.

in the above circumstances, if the petitioners feel aggrieved, they are at liberty to file private complaint. We are, therefore, not inclined to entertain this petition. Petition is dismissed.
