P.C.:- 1) After hearing the learned counsel appearing for the Applicant at length, when this Court was not inclined to grant any relief, the learned counsel, on instructions, seeks leave to withdraw the present Application with liberty to file a fresh Application for bail before the Trial Court, if the trial arising out of C.R. No. 247 of 2017, registered with Tilak Nagar Police Station, Mumbai, now culminated into POCSO Special Case No. 490 of 2017, does not commence within a period of one year from today.

Leave and liberty granted.

2) Application is dismissed as withdrawn, with aforesaid liberty.
