P.C.:- The learned counsel appearing for the Applicant submitted that, against the impugned Order of acquittal, a substantive Appeal would lie before the Sessions Court, at the instance of the Applicant/First Informant, under Section 372 of Cr.P.C.. He therefore, seeks leave to withdraw the present Application with liberty to file a substantive Appeal before the Sessions Court. Leave and liberty granted.

Application is disposed off, as withdrawn with aforesaid liberty.
