Learned Counsel for the parties state that the controversy between the parties is amicably settled as per clause 6 of the consent terms. In view thereof, petitioner seeks permission to withdraw this Petition unconditionally. Mr. Agrawal states that Mr. Satish Khade, authorized official of petitioner, is present in the Court. He has tendered photocopy of the identity card as also Aadhar Card of Mr. Satish Khade. The same is taken on record and marked 'X colly.' for identification. Ms Bhatia states that on behalf of the respondent Mr. Sudeep Mendhe is present in the Court. She has tendered letter of authority as also photocopy of identity card and Aadhar Card of Mr. Sudeep Mendhe. The same is taken on record and marked 'Y colly.' for identification. 4.
