P.C. :- This petition takes exception to the order dated 11 March 2022 passed by the Additional Sessions Judge, Vasai in Criminal MA No. 07 of 2022.

The above said application was filed by the petitioner for return of mobile phone and motor bike.

I have perused the order impugned. The learned Additional Sessions Judge rejected the application on the ground that the application was not properly drafted. Moreover in the photocopy of registration certificate filed by the petitioner on record chassis number MJ Jadhav 1 / 2

13-wp-3162--22.odt and engine number are absolutely not visible or legible. 4.

Considering the fact that learned Additional Sessions Judge rejected the application on technical ground, it would be appropriate to permit the petitioner to file fresh application. 5.
