This application is for bringing legal heirs on record of deceased sole appellant Baburao Sukaji Kale, who died on 22.1.2017. Civil Application is filed within limitation. Hence, following order is passed:

A) Civil Application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (a) which reads thus:

"(a) That the proposed Applicants be ordered to be brought on record as Appellants Nos.(1A to 1G) in place and stead of deceased Appellant and the Appellants title may be allowed to be amended accordingly in the appeal & Civil Mohite 1/2
