Heard the learned counsel for the applicant. The applicant-wife is the respondent in the appeal. The prayer in this application is for seeking withdrawal of the amount deposited by the appellanthusband in terms of the order dated 30th January 2015.

We have perused the said order. The order directs the husband to deposit arrears of maintenance at the rate of Rs.2,000/- per month and to go on paying interim maintenance at the rate of Rs.3,000/- per month. Hence, the present application deserves to be allowed. Accordingly, we pass the following order:

(I) The application is allowed in terms of prayer clauses (a) and (b) subject to condition

cam383 of the applicant filing on record a cancelled cheque of her bank account mentioned in prayer clause (b);

(II) We make it clear that this order will govern deposit of all further amounts in terms of the order dated 30th January 2014;

(III) The application is disposed of on above terms.
