This is an application for stay. The learned counsel for the applicant submits that applicant has deposited the entire amount of award along with interest i.e. Rs.14,80,814/- before the Commissioner for Employees' Compensation at Mumbai. 3.

In that view of the matter, the application is allowed. 4.

There shall be interim stay of the impugned award during the pendency of the appeal.
