The petitioner has been removed from service by his employer, i.e., Maharashtra Metro Rail Corporation Limited. The order has been confirmed in appeal. Challenging the appellate order, he has instituted this writ petition. 2.

We are informed by Mr. S. K. Mishra, learned senior advocate appearing for the respondents 1 & 3, that the petitioner has applied for a review on April 8, 2022 before the Reviewing Authority but such fact has not been disclosed in the writ petition.

Since the review is pending before the Reviewing Authority, we dispose of this writ petition with a request to

15. wp 7071-22 the Reviewing Authority, i.e., the Chairman, Maharashtra Metro Rail Corporation Limited, to decide the review application in accordance with law as early as possible but preferably within a period of four (4) weeks from date of receipt of a copy of this order.
