This is an application under Section 439 of the Criminal Procedure Code, 1973 in connection with C.R. No.0399 of 2021 registered with Talegaon Dabhade Police Station on 3 October 2021 for offences punishable under Sections 420, 406, 465, 468, 471 read with Section 34 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860. 2.

The record discloses that earlier application under Section 438 in relation to same C.R. and offences had been withdrawn on 13 September 2022. This Court passed following order: "1. Counsel for the applicant on instructions made a motion for withdrawal of the application.

2.

The application as such stands dismissed as withdrawn."

Learned advocate for the applicant is not able to point out any change in circumstance after the dismissal of the earlier application.

In that view of the matter, present anticipatory bail application is dismissed. No costs.
