Civil Application No.2155 of 2011 is for bringing on record heirs of deceased Respondent No.1. The application has been duly served on the Respondents as well as the proposed Respondents. There is neither appearance nor any reply on the part of the Respondents.

912. CAF 1156-01.doc Civil Application No.2155 of 2011 is allowed by permitting the Appellant to bring heirs on record in accordance with the application. Civil Application No.2156 of 2011 is for bringing on record heirs of deceased Respondent No.4. There is another civil application taken out being Civil Application (St.) No.19306 of 2011 for issuing a fresh notice at the new address of the proposed Respondent No.4C. That civil application is allowed in terms of prayer clauses-(a) and (b). The returnable date to be notified in the notice to be issued to Respondent No.4C shall be 12 June 2017.

Other Civil Applications alongwith the First Appeal are stood over to 12 June 2017.
