Learned APP tendered across the bar a report dated 24th June, 2022 duly signed by the Senior Jailer, Thane Central Prison stating that, as the Appellant has undergone entire sentence and has also deposited fine amount in the District Court at Thane, he has been released from jail on 15th March, 2018. Said report is taken on record. 3.

It appears that, as the Appellant has already been undergone entire sentence, he is not interested in pursuing the present Appeal. Appeal is accordingly disposed off.
