This is an application by the applicant/appellant no.1 for compliance of Clause (8) of the operative part of the judgment and order dated 25th October 2016 passed by the learned Special Judge for the Central Bureau of Investigation, Greater Mumbai. avk 1/2
9-APPA-596-2017.doc Heard both sides. Undisputedly, disproportionate assets are seized and confiscated under the orders of the learned trial court. The learned trial court further directed that seized documents be returned to the present applicant after the period of appeal is over.
As undisputedly, disproportionate assets are confiscated to the State, the respondent/Central Bureau of Investigation to comply the directions of the learned trial court found in Clause (8) of the operative portion of the order dated 25th October 2016 passed in subject CBI Special Case No.6 of 2006.
The application is disposed off accordingly.
