Heard Mr.Chetan Mirani in person, who represents the applicants. It can be seen that the applicants have approached this Court directly, without approaching to the Sessions Court and in fact, the other two members from the family of the applicants i.e. Mr.Ramniklal R. Mirani and Mrs.Manisha Jitesh Mirani are protected by the Additional Sessions Judge in the very same C.R.No.940 of 2020, invoking Sections 354-A, 509 of the IPC alongwith Section 12 of the POCSO Act. The applicants seek permission to withdraw the application, with liberty to approach the Sessions Court.
