This withdrawal is in view the letter dated 5th July 2019 issued by the Directorate of Revenue Intelligence, (DRI) which is annexed to the affidavit-in-reply dated 22nd July 2019 of the Assistant Commissioner of Custom. This the Petitioner states it would comply with within a period of three weeks from today.
