After the petition was argued for some time and the attention of the petitioner's advocate was invited to section 15 of the Administrative Tribunals Act, 1985 and the issue raised in the petition, which clearly falls within the jurisdiction of the Administrative Tribunal, it is fairly stated that the petitioner would withdraw the writ petition and approach the said tribunal.

In view of this statement made, the writ petition is allowed to be withdrawn with liberty to approach the Maharashtra Administrative Tribunal. It is conceded that the matter is in relation to recruitment and concerning recruitment to any civil service of the State or to any civil post under the State.
