Present Appeal was called out for hearing on 20th June, 2022, when none appeared for the Appellant and therefore it was kept back and called out for hearing yesterday i.e. 23rd June, 2022 and today, however none appeared for the Appellant.

Record indicates that, the Superintendent, Thane Central Prison, Thane has sent a communication dated 20th April, 2018 to the Registry of this Court intimating that, as the Appellant has undergone entire sentence and has also deposited fine amount in the District Court at Thane, he has been released from jail on 15th March, 2018. 4.

It appears that, as the Appellant has already undergone entire 1/2
