The Petitioner has filed this Petition seeking following relief: "(b) This Hon'ble Court be pleased to issue writ of mandamus or any other appropriate writ, order or direction in the like nature, thereby directing the Respondent No.1 to comply with the orders 28th March, 2010 and 24th January, 2012 passed by the District Deputy Registrar Co-operative (3), Mumbai in Revision Application No.264 of 2008 and be pleased to direct the Respondents to refund the deposit amount as mentioned in orders with 16% p.a. till the realization of the same."

Learned Counsel for the Respondent-Society has pointed out that as of today the Petitioner is required to pay the Society a sum of Uday.P.Kambli 1/2

2/2 wp-8485-14.doc approximately Rs.6 1⁄2 lakhs and she is not even paying the society maintenance charges.
