This civil application seeks condonation of delay of 9 months and 28 days in filing the present second appeal. The reasons for the delay are set out in para 5 of the civil application. Though the civil application is duly served on all the Respondents, none of the Respondents is present to show cause. Respondent No.4 has been appearing in the matter through an advocate. The other Respondents are not represented. For the reasons stated in the civil application, the delay is condoned. Office shall now number the second appeal and place the same for admission on 3 April 2017. Issue notice to the Respondents returnable on that day. The Appellant is also permitted to effect a private service and file an affidavit of service by the next date. Respondent No.4 be served through his advocate.
