This application is moved for temporary bail on the ground that wedding of the elder brother of the applicant/accused is scheduled on 18/4/2016.

Learned Public Prosecutor submitted that she has no instructions from the Investigating Officer as the matter has come up today for the first time.

The application is filed by the applicant/accused on 13/4/2016. On 14/4/2016 it was a holiday and again on 17/4/2016 it is a holiday.

The say of the Investigating Officer is required in this matter. Without his say no temporary bail can be granted. Marriage is fixed on 18/4/2016 i.e. on Monday. In such circumstances, even if say is given by the Investigating Officer on 18/4/2016, cause will not be in existence. Hence the application cannot be entertained and is dismissed.
